Jolly Phonics is an enjoyable and child-centered method of teaching phonology. It has been supporting young children's literacy and reading abilities, including phonemic awareness, vocabulary growth, language growth, and language acquisition. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of teaching English using Jolly Phonics in public schools without the use of the newest technological devices, and just via hands-on activities. It was an experimental study that used a pre-test and post-test to gather information and assess students' performance both before and after teaching them the concept of phonetics using the revolutionary Jolly Phonics program. The study's primary focus was on Jolly's first group and also 5 different concepts related to phonics. This study demonstrates that Jolly Phonics may be used to teach phonics in the public sector without the need for any technological devices. The difference between the pre- and post-test means demonstrates both the significance of the study and the effectiveness of teaching with Jolly Phonics in public settings. The study also demonstrates that teaching Jolly Phonics with hands-on activities alone is feasible and successful even in the absence of technological devices.
